Lauren Venable was born in Pleasant Prairie, WI in 2001. She received her BFA in Studio Art: Drawing, Painting, and Printmaking from Loyola University Chicago in May of 2024. She has participated in group exhibitions at the Ralph Arnold Gallery in Chicago, IL and at the Dubuque Museum of Art in Dubuque, IA. In 2023, she won the second place prize in the Dubuque Museum of Art’s 2023 Biennial. Her large-scale work captures intimate moments with her partner and delve into self reflection. Lauren currently lives and works in Chicago, IL.
